This Thanksgiving I'm grateful that I'll be eating far better than Spam for dinner.

Elder Van Dyke obviously has natural artistic talent since he was able to shape that Spam into something that resembles a turkey. That would be a difficult thing to do. He reminds me of someone else I know. The comic is great!
Better than that, Eric, is the fact that the spurkey seems to grow in size in the fourth panel. This is, I believe, consistent with the properties of Spam.
My work has appeared in both The New Era and The Friend as well as several issues of my home ward's newsletter. In 2008, I published a book of cartoon gags titled Mormon Life. In 2009, I published The Puzzle Book for LDS Kids and The A-MAZE-ing Book of Mormon.

I served in the land of Spam - Elder V's dinner would have been big there!
I love the fact that the spurkey doesn't even remotely resemble a turkey.
