Sometimes in our rush to lionize the missionaries, we forget that they are only 19 and 20-year-old boys. Realizing that makes their accomplishments all the more remarkable.
Boy, the above paragraph came off as incredibly sappy, didn't it?
I'm reminded of their age every time we have them over for dinner and listen to them talking...until they get to the lesson. They mature quickly at that point! ;)
Ha! I remember one of my sisters writing something similar in a letter home after she had to watch greatest moments in Michael Jordan history and participate in a donut eating contest at a district meeting.
Since 2009, I've posted silly little gags to this website twice a week. My work has been featured in the New Era, For the Strength of the Youth, and The Friend (for some reason, I have yet to crack the Liahona). Between 2014 and 2016, my comic strip Mission Daze was featured in the Deseret News (back when newspapers were still a thing). I've published a plethora of activity books (links for which you can find on this page). Please stay a while and enjoy.
