Our mission mom never did room inspections. I would have hated that.
ReplyDeleteI did have a general authority come to visit once and he did a cursory inspection of my office (I was in mission home at the time). He was not at all pleased with the fact that my companion and I had taped political posters to our walls. We were definitely on his bad list for the remainder of his visit.
I was asked to do these inspections as RS President. I didn't feel comfortable at all with it. The bishop let me delegate it to my husband! :)
