About the only day of rest for missionaries is P-Day. (Sunday--as with many Latter-day Saints--is definitely not a day of rest.) But missionaries usually end up cramming about two times as much activity into P-Day as they probably should. As a result, they're more tired after P-Day than before. It's a vicious cycle that usually ends only after they come home.
