Happy Thanksgiving?

This is very much based off my own missionary experience. My first Thanksgiving in the field consisted of a feast of Uncle Ben's sauce over rice. The sauce was meant to be served with chicken. We either couldn't afford chicken or didn't know how to prepare it. The meal was memorable for all the wrong reasons.
