    As a matter of curiousity, what's a Mormon potato?

    Mormon potatoes are also called "funeral potatoes", "cheesy potatoes", and (outside the Wasatch Front) "scalloped potatoes". It's the thing (next to green jello) that Mormons are most likely to bring to a potluck.
