Paul's Trials

Paul was an amazing missionary! (I don't think I'd like to be his companion, though.)

  1. In agreement there. The worst I had to endure was a raw salmon steak.

    1. Yeah, the blood sausage I ate and the snow balls hurled at me don't quite compete with Paul's woes either.

  2. The Jews probably thought of him as a traitor, since he started out working with them persecuting the Christians, and now he ministers as a missionary converting others. So it's understood that the Jews didn't like him too much.

    1. It's kind of ironic, actually. It was when he went blind for three days that he saw the truth. :-)

    2. Paul's conversion has always been a strong witness of Jesus Christ. He certainly didn't do it for personal gain.
