Wrinkle-Free

This happened to every one of my wrinkle-free shirts as a missionary. Unfortunately, it happened to one of them the day of a Zone Conference. My Mission President's wife let me hear about it too. After that, the iron and I became close friends.

Wrinkle-free Shirts Part Two

I drew over 500 of these missionary comic strips and the only times you see Elder Van Dyke wearing a watch is in the strips where he needs to check it to indicate that his companion is late. It's awfully convenient that on the days he'd need it, he'd put on his watch.

Ten years ago when I drew these strips, missionaries had to wear watches to make sure they were always on schedule. Now days, I imagine they do what the rest of us do: forgo a watch and just check their cell phones.
