Accepting Callings

Today's gag comes from the my out-of-print collection of single-panel strips Mormon Life. You can tell it's old by the flip phone the teenage girl is using. There isn't much of a shelf life with things these days.

    There may not be a shelf life, but those old phones are indestructible! Ever tried to smash one against the wall?

    When released as bishop, dad said he would accept a calling in Releif Society. They put him in as nursery leader.
