In situations like this, you've got to be sure that the people behind that door are not golden investigators anxiously praying for the restored gospel.
I loved Halloween on my mission. Maybe too much. My first October 31st I was on my bike (going to get Halloween party supplies, as luck would have it) when I got hit by a car and hospitalized for three days. I wasn't hurt all that bad; it's just that the socialized system kept me prisoner. There I sat, wrapped in gauze and bandages and missing the big ward Halloween party.
I went in to the MTC on Nov. 1, so I was set apart on Halloween night. It was fun answering the door for the trick or treaters, many of whom asked, "are you still here?"
Since 2009, I've posted silly little gags to this website twice a week. My work has been featured in the New Era, For the Strength of the Youth, and The Friend (for some reason, I have yet to crack the Liahona). Between 2014 and 2016, my comic strip Mission Daze was featured in the Deseret News (back when newspapers were still a thing). I've published a plethora of activity books (links for which you can find on this page). Please stay a while and enjoy.

I thought Mormon's weren't allowed to wear masks.

ReplyDeleteAt least I ended up with a great costume.
